Parrot Cabins Policies
Parrot Cabins is a small, private mini-resort with a limited number of
bungalows. We do not overbook and therefore have stricter reservation,
payment and cancellation policies than you will find at chain hotels or
motels. We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends and either a two
or three-night stay during holidays and special events. There are times
when we are able to make exceptions to this policy, so please check with
us for availability.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations (non-Holiday periods):
A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the room rental is required to reserve a cabin, and our cancellation policy is 14 days. Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to your check-in date will be canceled in full, less a $45.00 per cabin cancellation fee. Any cancellation, partial or full, received less than 14 days prior to check-in date will be charged for the entire stay unless the bungalow is rebooked. There are no refunds for no shows or early departure.

A credit card or money order deposit equal to 100% of the stay is required
to reserve cabin(s), and there is a no cancellation policy. There are no refunds for no shows or early departures.

Well mannered pets are welcome. There is a $15-$30 per night fee per pet. Prior approval must be obtained by calling 512-266-8916. Guests must sign an agreement to allow the Lost Parrot to charge their credit card for any excessive cleaning or damaged property.
Pool & Spa Policy
pool and spa are open 24 hours a day.
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Lost Keys and Remotes
and remote controls must be left in the cabin or returned to the office
at checkout time. Missing keys or remotes will be billed to your credit
